Anchorage volunteer class sworn in

In one of the largest CASA training classes ever, sixteen new volunteers, including FAC Executive Director Ryan Zinn, were sworn in on Thursday, October 8, 2009.

Joined by their friends and families, the new volunteers were inspired by comments from Alaska Supreme Court Justice Morgan Christen; Windy Hannaman, Deputy Director of the Office of Public Advocacy; Valerie Dudley, CASA State Director; June Haisten, CASA Program Coordinator; and Amanda Metivier, Facing Foster Care Regional Coordinator and FAC board member.
